Triple S Rental Policies

Ensure that your day is stress-free and relaxed with our complete event services. At Triple S Rentals, we offer set-up and takedown services. Please refer to our catalog for pricing or contact us for a quote to fit your needs. Arrangements for set-up services must be made prior to delivery of materials.

Triple S Rentals prices are quoted for a one-day charge unless otherwise noted. These prices are current as of April 25, 2014 and may be subject to change without notice.

Pricing for all tents is based on grass or dirt set-up. If your tent needs to be set up on asphalt or concrete there may be an additional charge. Please let us know if you need asphalt or concrete set-up.

Reservations are gladly accepted and highly recommended to ensure that your event needs are met.

 

To reserve an order, a deposit must be made. The deposit amount will vary depending upon the size of your order. Deposits can be left with credit card or cash. If you have a reservation, you may cancel or decrease your order up until two weeks prior to your event. If you cancel your order with less than two weeks before your event, you will lose your deposit. Payment in full is required on or before delivery or pick-up of materials. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Credit is available only with prior approval.

For your convenience, delivery and pick-up are available in town for a minimal fee. Out-of-town delivery is also available for a reasonable rate. If items need to be delivered to a distant location from parking area or brought up/down stairs, an additional fee will be charged. For pick-up, all items must be broken down and stacked in the location at which they were delivered. Standard delivery fees are based on curbside, street level delivery. After hours and Sunday delivery and pick-up are available at an additional fee.

As part of our complete event service, we can provide set-up and takedown service at an additional fee. Some prices have been included in the brochure for set-up and takedown. Please contact Triple S Rentals if you need something specific. Arrangements need to be made prior to delivery if set-up services are required.

When high wind conditions are present, Triple S Rentals reserves the right not to install or take down tents.

All china, glassware, flatware, chaffing dishes, grills, roasters and any catering supplies must be rinsed and food free before being returned. There will be an extra charge for any items returned dirty to Triple S Rentals.

Please ensure that equipment is secured from damage, theft or weather while it is in your possession. You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery or pickup until it is returned to Triple S Rentals. Please be aware that you will be contacted after your order has been counted and checked for loss or damage. There may be a second billing for lost or damaged items. We appreciate your cooperation in protecting our equipment.
